Manny Pacquiao recently relisted his Mediterranean-style villa in Los Angeles for $2.7 million. We wonder why. Maybe because he lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr.

The home located in L.A.’s Hancock Park area, was previously listed in August 2013 for the same price. It was then taken off in late 2014. Now, Pacquiao is ready to put it back out on the market.

With 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms, this 4,273-square-foot home has plenty of space. The home features 2 stories and 22-foot high ceilings. The master bedroom is huge! And there is even a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool features a spa, fire pit and waterfall feature.

This kitchen is known to be extravagant with all updated appliances..Are you a coffee lover? This home features a built-in coffee bar. Talk about coffee all day everyday.

Yes, there is even a garage so you don’t have to worry about parking anywhere else but the luxury of your own home. This L.A. home is one of many homes he owns. In March, he purchased P. Diddy’s old mansion for $12.5 million with everything included! With all of the homes Pacquiao owns, we’re sure letting this one go isn’t going to make him cry.
