The newly opened Chicago Athletic Association Hotel will make you want to be closer to Millennium Park. The hotel offers too many fun things you don’t want to miss out on especially if you are in the loop.

The CAA was founded in 1890 by Chicago’s Marshall Field, Cyrus McCormick, and A. G. Spalding. It was known to be a men’s club for athletic, business, and social activities. Being 125-years-old, the hotel has survived the World’s Fair and the Prohibition.

Now, newly renovated, we’ve got the list of everything-cool this hotel has to offer below:

1. A game room
The game room offers tabletop games, 300 seats, and a whisky bar theme to it. You can play some pool, fooseball or even shuffleboard. The game room has local craft beers, too!

The Cherry Circle Room menu is based on the food found on the Athletic Association’s original restaurant menus from the 1890s. The menu’s was found at the New York Public Library. Wow! From butcher block cart to a roasted leg of lamb or prime rib, you can bet this place is worth the eats.
