15 Extravagant Condos Will Be Built On 1615 North Burling Street

Lincoln Park’s Burling Street just got 15x more luxurious.

Developers Sedgwick Investments and Contemporary Concepts Inc. have paired up with architects Pappageorge Haymes Partners to build a new project at 1615 North Burling Street. The new development will include 15 luxury units ranging from a 1,400-square-foot two bedroom, two and a half bathroom model up to a 2,40- square-foot, three bedroom penthouse floor plan.

Units currently range from $729,000 to $1.99 million. Don’t think that is much considering two units have sold and the condos won’t be expected until next summer.
