Ex-Bears Star Lists $5 Million Penthouse

Former Chicago Bears player Brandon Marshall has re-listed his Michigan Avenue penthouse, for a cool $5 million. Located at 6 N. Michigan Avenue, the property sits atop the 1898 building that once served as Montgomery Ward’s headquarters. The home sprawls 6,400 square feet, including four bedrooms, multiple outdoor terraces, and breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and Millennium Park. The grand great room is the historic building’s original observation tower.

The condo was formerly listed last summer, asking $6 million. A few months later, the home was made available to rent for $20,000 per month, according to Crain’s. Marshall originally purchased the unit in March 2014 for $3.9 million. The 33-year-old NFL player was with the Chicago Bears from 2012 to 2015.
