Coming Soon: Luxury Living at 1000M

Chicago has a new skyscraper in the works. Located at 1000 South Michigan Avenue, 1000M is a new luxury condo development currently in pre-construction. Towering 74 stories tall, the building will overlook Grant Park and offer sweeping views of Lake Michigan. Designed by world-renowned architect Helmut Jahn, alongside interiors by Chicago native Kara Mann, 1000M is targeted toward the luxury buyer. The building will feature 323 condominiums and full service amenities, like a sundeck, swimming pool, gardens, sky terrace, gym and spa.

Available units range in price from $570,000 to $8,100,000 — varying in size from 926 to 5,488 square feet. Sales for 1000M will begin in late spring/early summer 2017. The development is scheduled for completion in 2021. For additional details, contact @properties.
