Shaun White’s recently remodeled 1960s contemporary L.A.’s Sunset Strip home is on the market and yes, it’s beautiful.
The home, owned by two-time Olympic gold medal winning snowboarder, is asking for $2.195 million for this pad.
Shaun purchased the home back in March 2009 for $1.7 million.
The 2,036 square foot home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home sits on a quarter-acre parcel and features a long driveway shared by four other homes including one previously owned by Fred Savage who sold it to Jason Biggs in 2007 for $2.249 million who, in turn, sold it a couple of months ago, in July 2015, for $2.565 million.
There’s nothing like fellow famous neighbors, right?

The pro athlete owns a handful of other properties that include: A fairly ordinary tract house in a gated development in the ocean-side community of Carlsbad, CA, purchased in 2003 for $646,500; A two-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium pied-a-terre in the snow sport haven of Park City, UT, that, as it turns out, is currently listed for lease at $2,000 per month; A freshly rehabbed beachfront residence in Encinitas, CA, that he picked up in 2012 for $3.85 million and set out for lease earlier this summer at $12,500 per month; And, finally, a bluff-top compound that overlooks Zuma Beach on Malibu’s Point Dume that was acquired by the Double McTwister in October 2013 for $8.94 million.
Oscar-winning actor and “The Big Lebowski” star Jeff Bridges has listed his home in Montecito, near Santa Barbara, California for $29.5 million.
Just wait – this place is massive!
The 20-acre property features a 9,500-square-foot home with five-bedrooms and five-bathrooms. The home has that Tuscan feel to it. The estate was built in 1988.
The home features a private gate, a music studio, a pond shaped pool, guest home and so much more!
The master bedroom includes a Juliet balcony and a separate living room with a fireplace.
There’s also a third-story “tower” study, accessible by a stairwell next to the master bedroom. The room, used for study and meditation, opens onto the roof deck.
Jeff and his wife, who have been married for 38 years, bought the property in 1994 from musician Kenny Loggins.
Mrs. Bridges, 62, said the property has served as the couple’s primary home, where they raised their three daughters.
So, why are the two selling their home? Their daughters are grown and they bought a smaller home in the area. They also own a ranch in Montana, Mrs. Bridges said.
You can drive by this beauty at: 985 Hot Springs Rd, Montecito, CA 93108
