We strive to showcase only the best, most unique, top of the line properties through making the most of the technology at our finger tips, both through creating marketing materials ourselves and exposing the value on our luxury platform to our most sophisticated customers.
Our Services
We supply hosted walk-through videos, realtor walk-through videos, and narrated videos. We strive to capture just what makes these properties so remarkable with showing just enough to hook the buyer in. From there, we have connected the potential buyer with the real estate agent who is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the ins and outs of the home. The buyer will have to see first-hand for themselves, but we want to expose them to the great finds that are displayed on our site. We also showcase the property video and information on all social circuits, including emails campaigns, and with on our many real estate sites. PreviewChicago is a go to place for all involved or interested in luxury real estate in the Chicagoland area, but we see no reason for it to end there. We want to showcase these properties and spark the right buyers attention. We use all social networking outlets to make sure the chances of that happening are increased.
Our History
Preview Chicago was launched in 2012 by Timothy Padavic who owns the popular real estate website in the Chicagoland market, Urbanabur.com (launched in 2011). Timothy hosted these videos as “The Real Estate Info Guy”, a personable, outgoing, and knowledgeable host who interviewed real estate agents on the properties they were selling. Timothy viewed many luxury homes that seemed like they were in their own ball game, so to speak. These homes are only going to be for a very specific client base. Timothy wanted to target and give an outlet to those trying to find these types of buyers and those looking for this caliber of home, thus PreviewChicago was born through a direct, connective, and effective platform for exquisite luxury Chicago homes.
