1. The Blackstone

Cathedral Hall, a Hogwarts-like dining and event space lined with stained glass, is arguably one of the more grand venues in the city. Dating back to 1887 when it was founded by university students, the space has been a longtime host for alumni weddings.

The Ivy Room of course gets it’s name from the bounty of ivy that covers the courtyard. The venue also offers a large, reconfigurable ballroom with high ceilings and rich hardwood floors to host a breath-taking reception.

7. The Drake

Offering two expansive ballrooms, The Drake is best known for it’s distinctive 20-foot-tall columns adorned in lavish gold scrollwork. The venue is practically fit for royalty.

This  River West gem has specialized in wedding for over 75 years. The building boasts multiple indoor and outdoor spaces including a four-season tented pavilion and Tuscan-inspired landscaped courtyards.
