Table Fifty Two is owned by Art Smith, formerly Oprah Winfrey’s personal chef. Today, diners can sample his interpretation of soul food in a restaurant that pays homage to his southern roots. Smith emphasizes soul food with upscale ingredients and varying presentations. Appetizers include low country shrimp and grits with tomato stew, fried green tomato napoleons and wood-fired pizza topped with Berkshire pork belly.
