Beyonce was a guest on Good Morning America and she had a big announcement! Her announcement was that she was vegan. We have all seen her body transform throughout the years and now that she is eating healthy, she couldn’t be happier.
To control her weight, Beyonce is back to eating plant-based food in order to control her weight.
“I am not naturally the thinnest woman,” Beyonce said on Good Morning America. “And I have struggled since a young age with diets. And finding something that actually works for me and actually keep – keeps the weight off has been difficult for me.”
Starting the vegan diet wasn’t supposed to be a long term thing. Beyonce and her husband, Jay Z, took a 22-day challenge to eat more plant-based meals and since then, she’s realized that she is well off with being vegan. She even suggested more people try going vegan.
