Before Robin Williams passed away, he relisted his Italianate Napa estate, Villa Sorriso, for $29.9 million in April 2014. But wait – it’s worth that price.

After Williams’ death, his family cut the price down to $25.9 million which is not much of a price cut you’d think. But now, the price has dropped down to $22.9 million.

The talented actor left the villa for his children while the Tiburon home where he lived with his wife, Susan Schneider Williams, went to her.

The 20,000-square-foot estate features 5 bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The home is finished with stucco and limestone and is packed with beautiful details. The property also includes a theater, a 4 bedroom guest house, a tennis court, a gorgeous pool, 18 acres of vineyards, and a barn fit for a small fleet of horses.

Goodness! See, we told you the asking price is worth it. You never need to leave your place if you lived here.
