Talk about a legendary home!

The home featured in the 1984 classic film “Purple Rain” is now on the market. The two-story home, located at 3420 Snelling Ave. S. in Minneapolis, Minnesota is going for $110,000.

Not bad, right?

The 1,348-square-foot home was built in 1913 and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement, kitchen, living room, dining room and garage.

According to the property listing, the home needs to be rehabbed but with that price, you can do anything to the home to make it look amazing!

Prince didn’t actually live in the house but Prince’s character in the film, “The Kid,” lived in the basement of this Minneapolis home. So awesome. We love seeing homes on the market that have so much history.

It’s obvious this place needs some TLC but once someone snags it, they’ll make it look brand new! Do you think a major Prince fan will scoop this place up and call it their own?

According to BBC:

Rock star Prince has finished a new album, his band 3rdEyeGirl have revealed to the BBC.

“It’s phenomenal, there are so many hits on this album. It’s super experimental,” they told 6 Music.

Prince’s 38th studio record, it will be called HITNRUN, a reference to his “pop-up” concert tours, where gigs are announced on the day.

The band – Donna Grantis, Ida Nielsen and Hannah Ford Welton – added that the album would be out “soon”.
